Mr. Lapham received his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and was conferred his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law.  While attending law school, he earned distinction by being selected as an Associate and Article's Editor of the Akron Law Review.  Mr. Lapham began his career by representing injured clients in  Akron Ohio.   

Upon admission to the Colorado Bar, Mr. Lapham became an associate attorney at Bendinelli Law Office, P.C.  He primarily focuses on civil litigation.  He specializes in representing victims and families devastated by injury or death to a loved one due to the wrongful conduct of others.

Mr. Lapham has successfully litigated many cases involving commercial vehicles (18 wheelers/heavy trucking), automobile/motorcycle accidents, insurance bad faith, and wrongful death.  He is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Colorado Bar Association.
