General Negligence

Innocent people are injured everyday as a result of someone else's negligent conduct. A person is negligent when they have a duty (i.e. to drive safely), they breach that duty (i.e. running a red light), and their breach causes damage (i.e. injures the innocent driver). At Bendinelli Law Office, P.C., one of Colorado's leading personal injury law firms, we help people who have been injured as a result of the negligent conduct of others, and get the compensation they deserve.

Premises Liability/Slip and Fall

Slip and falls are a major cause of injuries in Colorado. Often, slip and falls result in severe injuries, including broken bones and spinal problems. However, slip and falls are also some of the most difficult cases to prevail in the State of Colorado.

Call us when it counts!

In Colorado, both the property owner and injured person can be held responsible, to varying degrees, for an injury. The property owner has a responsibility to keep the property safe and invitees/people have a duty to recognize hazards presented to them. Accordingly, every premises liability case is evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the property owner's conduct in eliminating hazards and the individual's conduct in recognizing potential hazardous conditions.

At Bendinelli Law Office, P.C., one of Colorado's leading personal injury law firms, we know Colorado's premises liability laws and understand how to successfully present a slip and fall case. Our team of lawyers, paralegals, investigators, and experts has the resources and background you need to recover from your injury both physically and financially.

Dram Shop Liability

Drunk drivers are frequently underinsured, or uninsured and without sufficient finances to compensate their victims. Colorado law permits a claim against a bar, club, or restaurant that serves the drunk driver alcohol, but only in limited circumstances.

According to the Colorado Dram Shop Act, a provider of alcohol is liable for harm or injury caused by serving alcoholic beverages to a person, while the person is visibly intoxicated.

Dram Shop actions are difficult claims to prove. However, at Bendinelli Law Office, P.C., one of Colorado's leading personal injury law firms, we know, and have successfully litigated Dram Shop cases.
